Return Policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and find a suitable solution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.
The item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, including proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
